Fund Services Senior IR Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Senior IR Administrator to join our Fund Administration team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing trade activity and investor correspondence, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining high standards, supporting team members, and building a solid understanding of our operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Processing & Review :
• Review and approve trades that have been booked by Trade Processors.
• Provide coaching and support to Trade Processors as needed, helping to build their skills and ensure accuracy.
• Enter all trade activity for the global business unit, ensuring established timelines are met with high accuracy standards .
• Investor Correspondence :
• Distribute essential correspondence to investors, including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, and statements .
• Operational Support :
• Assist with other related duties as required to support the team's goals.
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of multiple systems used for trade processing.
• Follow specific fund instructions and variables meticulously.
