About the Role
This role requires a sharp eye for detail, technical expertise in preparing print and digital files, and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects and brands.
Responsibilities
- Review and finalize creative files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and adapt artwork across multiple formats (print, digital, OOH, packaging, etc.).
- Check files thoroughly for spelling, grammar, formatting, and design consistency.
- Ensure all deliverables are properly packaged and press-ready, following print production standards.
- Work closely with designers to refine layouts and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain neat and organized file structures for handovers and archiving.
- Ensure that all design elements (logos, typography, imagery, colour usage) adhere to the client’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and external suppliers to guarantee flawless execution of final assets.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Finalizer / Artworker in a design, branding, or advertising agency.Proven track record of preparing print-ready and digital files across various industries and brands.Required Skills
Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors.Strong knowledge of print production processes and requirements.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Ability to work methodically under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.Understanding of branding systems and how to apply them consistently.Organised, reliable, and proactive in ensuring final outputs are delivery-ready.Preferred Skills
