Location : Mumbai I Full-time

Experience Level : 2–5 years (flexible for the right candidate)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong aesthetic sensibilities, conceptual clarity, and the ability to manage design processes from start to finish. You will be central in shaping visual communication across projects—from social campaigns and workshops to digital products and community experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to co-create design briefs aligned with project goals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (internal team, facilitators, content creators) to gather content inputs and clarify creative direction.
  • Lead and contribute to conceptualization and ideation of design projects.
  • Translate ideas into compelling visuals, layouts, and assets across print and digital media.
  • Ensure high-quality execution, production, and release of final designs.
  • Manage timelines and maintain consistency across visual identity and design language.
  • Be open to iterative feedback and collaborative improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (link required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and / or other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with co-creation, receiving feedback, and making improvements.
  • Interest in working on themes related to mental health, community, and social impact is a plus.

    • Bonus if you have

  • Motion design / video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Illustration or animation capabilities
  • Experience with branding and visual identity development
  • Exposure to nonprofit or social sector projects
