Credentialing Team Lead

The Supervisor for Credentialing and Provider Enrollment in US Healthcare is responsible for leading a team that manages the complete enrollment process for dental providers with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

The role includes overseeing document collection and validation, preparing and submitting enrollment applications, and ensuring timely approvals through payer portals or delegated systems.

The supervisor ensures compliance with payer requirements, monitors team performance, conducts audits, and implements corrective actions to maintain accuracy and integrity.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with providers for digital document signing, updating enrollment status in client systems, generating reports, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Graduate

4 to 5 years of experience in credentialling and 1 to 2 year experience in client handling and team lead role

Strong verbal or written communication skills

Comfortable with Night shifts
