Greetings from Rivera Manpower Services We are currently hiring freshers and experienced professionals for an International Voice Process (UK, US & indian shifts). Position : Customer Support Advisor Roles & Responsibilities : Handling queries and concerns of UK & US customers related to banking and financial services. Providing excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Salary Package : 4.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA (based on experience)Incentives and shift allowances will be provided separately. Eligibility Criteria : Freshers : Must be graduates. Experienced : Undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year experience in international voice process are eligible. Mandatory : Excellent communication skills in English.
