Job Summary :

We are seeking a mid-level SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, develop, and implement identity lifecycle and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow), including configuration, customization, workflow design, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) components such as lifecycle events, certifications, and access requests.
• Build and customize connectors / integrations with target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Azure AD, etc.).
• Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, workflow, and synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.
• Participate in UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security and compliance best practices.
