Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career paths. Key responsibilities include providing personalized student counseling sessions, academic advising, and career counseling. Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling

Expertise in Academic Advising and Education counseling

Strong Communication skills to build rapport with students and parents

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

Ability to problem-solve and provide tailored guidance

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field

Experience in academic or career counseling roles is preferred
