Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QC Accessories professional with strong technical expertise in leather goods, handbags, small leather goods, raffia / straw accessories, and fashion products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to set and monitor AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
• Proficiency in inline, pre-final, and final inspections.
• Strong understanding of leather types (genuine, split, PU, bonded, etc.) and their behavior during cutting, stitching, finishing.
• Understanding of synthetic and natural materials and their quality standards.
• Familiarity with handbags, wallets, small leather goods, hats / caps, raffia bags, and fashion accessories construction techniques.
• Ability to interpret tech packs, patterns, and construction drawings.
