We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Telecom and IT Services roles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with project and delivery teams to understand technical hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across Telecom and IT domains.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing to on-boarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for niche roles (RF, DT, Core, IP, IT Infrastructure, etc.).
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or HR.3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment within Telecom or IT Services .Strong knowledge of skills such as RF Planning, Drive Test, Core, IP, Cloud, and Dev-Ops.Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
