Responsibilities

• Design and create interactive, fillable PDF forms based on provided content or mockups
• Ensure form fields are logically placed and clearly labeled (text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-downs, etc.)
• Incorporate branding elements (logos, colors, fonts) in alignment with company style guidelines
• Optimize documents for usability, including accessibility where needed
• Test forms to ensure full functionality and compatibility across devices and PDF viewers
• Revise forms based on feedback and requested changes
