Job descriptionMinimum 3 years’ proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Basic project management skills and ability to coordinate tasks effectively. Smart MBA's or Graduates with 2-3 years Experience as an EA or Secretary in managing a CX0's office Tech Savvy with Good hands on Experience in MS-Office, Advanced Excel Skills and exposure to use of AI-Tools
Executive Assistant
Responsibilities :
Dynamic Postgraduate with Good Communication skills and tech Savy
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the Director's office .
- Handle both Indian Operations and International Offices.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and handle confidential information.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Organize travel arrangements and assist in administrative tasks.
- Support project management activities, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
