Experience : 8 to 10 Years

I. Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and building scalable B2B web applications. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-performance and user-centric solutions. The long-term vision for this role is to lead and expand the B2B development team to drive continued growth and innovation.

II. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of full stack engineers to ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Own the complete development lifecycle—from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct regular code reviews and define development standards including CI / CD workflows, version control, and testing best practices.
• Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
• Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for secure and scalable data exchange.
• Optimize client-side performance, including rendering speed, caching, and API interaction.
• Implement robust server-side logic, database integrations, and background processes using Express.js or NestJS.
• Design and maintain database schemas for SQL and NoSQL systems to meet evolving business needs.

III. Years Of Experience

8 to 10 years of total experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a lead or senior full stack role.
