Role Description

As a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. You will focus on enhancing the company's employer branding, fostering a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with team leaders to identify workforce requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources operations

Proficiency in Hiring practices, including sourcing and evaluating job candidates

Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and engagement

Ability to implement Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is advantageous
