Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience with : Solid understanding of : Knowledge of electrical schematics and control panel components. Experience with motion control , servo drives, or VFD integration. Familiarity with industrial networks : PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus, OPC UA. Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience : 2–3 Years with bachelor's degree in Electrical,Electronics and Instrumentation.
Technologies : Siemens (S7-1200 / 1500, TIA Portal), Beckhoff (TwinCAT 2 / 3), CODESYS
Industry : Industrial Automation / Manufacturing / Process Automation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal , Beckhoff TwinCAT , and CODESYS-based controllers .
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot automation solutions for special machines and Assembly lines.
- Configure and integrate HMI / SCADA systems , including WinCC, TwinCAT HMI, and CODESYS visualization.
- Work with electrical and mechanical teams to analyze control requirements and translate them into functional logic.
- Perform debugging, commissioning, and startup of automation systems at customer sites or in-house.
- Integrate and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA ).
- Conduct system testing, FAT / SAT , and support handover to the client.
- Implement safety logic and work with safety PLCs when required.
- Provide technical support , root-cause analysis, and corrective action for automation faults.
