Hiring Critical Manufacturing MES Engineers.

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and certified Critical Manufacturing MES IOT Developer to contribute to the implementation of Critical Manufacturing MES at our site. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in integration with ERP systems using Web Services, Web Methods, and REST APIs. Candidate should have experience on integration with equipment using OPC UA, flat files, and SEC / GEM IoT protocols.

Experience : 2 to 15yrs.

Location : Pan India.

Key Responsibilities :

IoT Application Development : Develop IoT applications using core C# and Angular programming.

MES Customization : Customize the Critical Manufacturing MES out-of-the-box product to meet client requirements.

IoT Integration : Work on integrating IoT devices with ERP systems using Web Services, Web Methods, and REST APIs.

Equipment Integration : Integrate with equipment using OPC UA, flat files, and SEC / GEM IoT protocols.

GUI Development : Implement GUI changes using HTML5 and CSS.

Data Management : Perform SQL queries and manage databases for IoT data.

Security : Implement robust security measures for IoT data transmission and storage.

Automation Testing : Write automation test cases using Microsoft Test Framework.

Qualifications :

Certification in Critical Manufacturing MES (Backend developer / IOT developer).

Proven experience in implementing MES solutions. Extensive experience in discrete manufacturing and machine / equipment integration.

Proficiency in C#, Angular, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Web Services, REST APIs, OPC UA, and SEC / GEM IoT protocols.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience :

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in MES.
