Key Responsibilities :
Project & Delivery Management :
- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple IT projects within the insurance domain.
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business and technology objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end SDLC and Agile delivery processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Drive delivery excellence through effective planning, resource management, and governance.
Stakeholder & Team Management :
Manage stakeholder communication across business, IT, and vendor teams.Mentor and manage project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams to enhance performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, testing, infrastructure, and operations.Risk & Compliance Management :
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; implement mitigation plans.Ensure IT governance, audit, and compliance processes are adhered to in a regulated environment.Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
Drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery functions.Support process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.Financial & Resource Management :
Ensure optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets (budget, cost control, forecasting).Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support :
Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client presentations as required.Skills Required
