Senior Java Developer - Spring / Hibernate

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our banking client project. The role demands strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Camel, along with hands-on experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate should bring technical depth, adaptability across Agile & Waterfall methodologies, and the confidence to interact directly with business users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Build robust, scalable systems leveraging Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, JMS.
• Develop and optimize integration workflows using Apache Camel.
• Work with Java Web Technologies : JSP, JSON / XML (XSLT, XSD, XQuery).
• Manage deployments and configurations on JBOSS, Tomcat, Apache HTTP servers.
• Work with Oracle architecture, SAP HANA, and SQL databases.
• Integrate middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, Solace.
• Write efficient scripts and manage environments on Linux (shell scripting) and Windows.
• Collaborate with teams using Git & SVN repositories.
• Deliver builds with Maven and deploy using Docker & Azure DevOps.
• Participate in at least one end-to-end SDLC implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Confidently engage with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
