Job Title : Data Analyst Intern
Location : Remote
Duration : Full-time Internship (6 months) with potential for full-time employee conversion based on performance.

Our team consists of machine learning engineers and competitive programmers from top institutions worldwide, building AI-driven systems that transform fragmented local government data into decision-ready intelligence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, research, and catalog official local government data sources like meeting agendas, minutes, packets, resolutions, ordinances, and public notices from government websites over various departments including city council, planning / zoning boards, school districts, etc.
- Validate data accuracy by confirming sources are official, complete, and up-to-date .
- Maintain and update data on a daily basis , ensuring consistency and quality across records.
- Monitor changes to government websites and flag broken links, missing documents, or structural changes.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data pipelines, automation workflows, and discovery processes.
Qualifications :
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently with messy, unstructured local government and web-based dataResearch-oriented mindset with the patience and attention to detail required to investigate complex or fragmented data sources.Interest in real estate, public-sector data, or market intelligence; prior real estate experience is a plus but not requiredHighly detail-oriented self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentWhat we offer :
