Job Title : Workforce Software Consultant – Reports Specialist

Location : Remote

Experience Required :

5–10 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software, with a strong focus on reporting , analytics , and data visualization .

Experience with Advanced Scheduler , Configuration , and Workforce Time Interfaces is a plus.

Certifications :

Workforce Software Reporting or Analytics certification (preferred).

CT104, CT103, or PT102 certifications are advantageous.

Job Title : Workforce Software Senior Consultant / Solution Architect

Location : Remote

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Role Overview :

As a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance modules. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Job Title : Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant – ACT Specialist

Location : Remote

Experience Required :

Minimum 3–8 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software, including ACT module.

Proven experience in Configuration , Architecture and Interfaces .

Prior experience leading end-to-end ACT implementations .

Certifications :

PT101 , PT102 , and ACT certifications (mandatory).

Additional certifications like CT103 , CT104 , or Workforce Time Interfaces are preferred.

Job Title : Workforce Software Consultant – Interfaces Specialist

Location : Remote

Experience Required :

4–8+ years of experience in ADP Workforce Software, with a strong focus on Interfaces , and Configuration .

Hands-on experience in interface design, development, and integration of Workforce Software with SAP Employee Central / Success Factors, HRIS, and Payroll systems.

Certifications :

Workforce Time Interfaces Certification (mandatory).

CT103 , CT104 , or PT102 (preferred).
