Job Description
Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with overall business and sales objectives.
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns, events, roadshows, and partner activations.
Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Identify local market opportunities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities to optimize ROI and inform future strategy.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure timely delivery of all marketing programs.
Work with creative and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
Proven experience executing multi-city events or campaigns with measurable results.
Strong project management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
