2. Consumer Engagement
Customer Profiling : Develop detailed consumer profiles, mapping motivations and barriers to purchase.Marketing Strategies : Design impactful campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and community outreach to educate and engage consumers on the benefits of organic living.3. Farmer Relations and Support
Producer Engagement : Work closely with farmers to understand capacities and challenges, providing them with insights on evolving consumer preferences.Training and Capacity Building : Organize workshops on quality standards, branding, and best practices to help farmers thrive in competitive markets.4. Market Development and Expansion
Distribution Channels : Build strong ties with retail outlets, wholesalers, specialty stores, and online platforms.Sales Strategies : Develop strategies to optimize reach, profitability, and logistics efficiency.Market Entry Planning : Design entry strategies for new markets within Tamil Nadu and nationally, while fostering partnerships with local businesses, communities, and government agencies.5.
