Job Description :

Strategic Test Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.

Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of test managers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high- performance environment.

Quality Assurance : Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP systems.

Defect Management : Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.

Stakeholder Communication : Communicate testing progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing methodologies.
