Manager – Content Development (Management Subjects)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Manager – Content Development to drive the creation, review and enhancement of academic content for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, publishing expertise and a passion for digital education. This role involves working closely with technology driven content creation team to create high-quality, engaging and interactive learning materials.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Development & Review -

  • Develop and review academic content for management courses ensuring accuracy, relevance and alignment with university standards.
  • Collaborate with technology driven content creation team to create engaging learning materials, case studies, assessments and digital resources.
  • Ensure content quality meets publishing standards and is pedagogically effective for digital and blended learning.
  • Implement structured content review processes to maintain academic rigor and clarity.

2. Live Sessions & Student Engagement -

  • Conduct live lectures, webinars and virtual sessions for UG and PG management students.
  • Leverage case-based learning, business simulations and problem-solving techniques to enhance student understanding.
  • Utilize LMS platforms and interactive tools to facilitate an immersive learning experience.

    • 3. Collaboration & Project Management -

  • Work closely technology driven content creation team to create dynamic and interactive course content.
  • Manage content pipelines, review timelines and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in management education.

    • 4. Technology & Innovation in Learning -

  • Integrate modern teaching methodologies, AI-driven content strategies and digital tools into content creation & delivery.

    • Key Requirements :

  • 6-10 years of teaching experience at the university level in Management subjects.
  • Ph.D. (preferred) or Master’s in Management
  • Strong expertise in academic publishing and content development.
  • Experience in developing curriculum, assessments and instructional content for higher education.
  • Knowledge of digital content creation.
  • Ability to conduct live lectures, webinars and interactive sessions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for EdTech and innovation in education.
