Field Service Engineer – Signage Printers

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in UV or signage printers to support our customers through efficient installation, service, and maintenance activities. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer handling skills, and the ability to travel across India as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, demonstration, and configuration of signage printers at customer sites.
• Ensure all installations follow company standards and best practices.
• Provide timely on-site service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance support.
• Train operators and customers on equipment usage, updates, and technical improvements.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and records.
• Address urgent technical issues beyond office hours when required.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Travel PAN India or within assigned territories for service assignments.
