About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central and Payroll modules, combined with strong knowledge of SAP HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, and support projects while working closely with HR and technical stakeholders to deliver optimized, integrated solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize SuccessFactors EC and Payroll functionalities to align with complex business requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with SAP HANA teams to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HANA or other SAP modules (such as S / 4 HANA, On-Premise HCM).
  • Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and translate client needs into SAP SuccessFactors system solutions.
  • Handle issue resolution, change requests, system enhancements, and troubleshooting during and after implementations.
  • Manage integration scenarios including APIs, middleware, and batch processing between SuccessFactors and SAP On-Premise or third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to drive user adoption and maximize system utilization.
  • Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, trends, and best practices and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and advisory to clients on SuccessFactors functionalities, system capabilities, and industry standards.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and organizational policies within SuccessFactors implementations.

Technical Skills and Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 5+ years specifically in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HANA, including data modeling, reporting, and integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, workflows, business rules, and data models.
  • Experience with integration tools and technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI / PO, APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP On-Premise HCM and S / 4 HANA and their integration touchpoints with SuccessFactors.
  • Proven expertise in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into system design.
  • Experience with reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors reporting, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and global payroll regulations.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
