Shift : Night Shift (US Hours)

Sirian Group Inc is looking for a dynamic Account Manager / Sr. Technical Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in the US Recruiting Life Cycle to join our team in Hyderabad. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages client relationships effectively, and understands the nuances of end-to-end recruitment, we want to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and vendor partners
• Understand client hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly
• Hands on in full recruiting life cycle (Sourcing → Screening → Submissions → Interview Coordination → Onboarding)
• Able to work Individually and Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely and quality submissions
• Experience in bringing New Clients / Implementations to the company
• Track performance, report metrics, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement in delivery
