Job Summary :

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure backend applications. This role requires a hands-on expert in Node.js who can actively participate in architectural decisions, guide team members, and ensure our solutions are robust and efficient.
Key Responsibilities : Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Node.js.
- You will integrate APIs, third-party services, and other tools to enhance system functionality.
Code Quality & Standards :
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.Technical Leadership :
Guide team members through architecture planning, design discussions, and code reviews.You will have a direct impact on the technical direction of projects, ensuring solutions are well-designed and meet all requirements.Collaboration :
Actively participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions.You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and successful project delivery.Continuous Improvement :

5 - 8 years of professional experience in backend software development.Mandatory Technical Skills :
