Job description

Concept & Ideation

  • Analyse past ad performance and Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop fresh and eective ad concepts based on the analytics data.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and videographers to shape the creative direction for each campaign.
  • Ensure that all ideas align with marketing objectives, audience insights, and brand tone.

Script & Story Review

  • Review scripts written by the content team, providing constructive creative feedback.
  • Guide writers to refine messaging, narrative flow, and emotional appeal.
  • Approve final scripts for pre-production.
  • Pre-Production & Shoot Planning

  • Partner with the Cinematographer to plan shoot logistics, schedules, and visual styles.
  • Ensure creative consistency between the concept, script, and on-set execution.
  • Oversee casting, location planning, and production readiness as needed.
  • Post-Production & Delivery

  • Assign video edits based on the bandwidth and strengths of each editor.
  • Review edited videos and provide detailed feedback to elevate quality and storytelling.
  • Approve final edits and ensure timely submission to the Performance Marketing team.
  • Maintain and update project trackers with status, feedback, and delivery timelines.
  • Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead a team of writers, cinematographers, and editors to deliver impactful ad campaigns.
  • Conduct monthly strategic, tactical, operations meetings and 1 : 1 performance reviews with team members.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor team productivity and maintain high creative standards across projects.
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing ads creation and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience directing end-to-end ad campaigns, from concept and scripting to final delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and audience engagement.
  • Well versed with camera handling and video editing tools (Adobe premier pro)
