Job descriptionDesign and develop end-to-end automation workflows for IT operations and business processes. Integrate HCL UnO with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, BigFix, HCL Workload Automation, etc. Leverage APIs, scripts, and connectors for custom automation solutions. Ensure orchestration workflows adhere to security and compliance standards. Implement role-based access controls and audit logging within UnO. Support governance and compliance reporting for automated processes. Monitor orchestration infrastructure performance and optimize workflows. Troubleshoot issues with integrations, jobs, and workflows. Provide Level 2 / 3 support for orchestration-related incidents. Work closely with ITSM, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams for automation use cases. Participate in change management and release management processes for automation rollouts. Hands-on experience with HCL UnO platform and related orchestration / automation tools. Strong knowledge of IT process automation, orchestration workflows, and ITSM integrations. Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell, REST APIs). Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management). Familiarity with endpoint management, workload automation, and DevOps pipelines. Knowledge of cloud automation (AWS, Azure, GCP). Certification in HCL UnO or equivalent orchestration / automation platforms. Experience integrating UnO with HCL BigFix, HCL Workload Automation, and third-party security tools. Knowledge of ITIL processes for service, change, and incident management. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. HCL UnO Administrator. The role involves end-to-end orchestration of IT processes, integrations with third-party platforms, and ensuring efficient automation delivery across hybrid IT environments.
