What will you do?

• Day-to-Day Accounting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
• Reconciliations & Closures : Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
• Taxation & Compliance : Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns. Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
• Financial Reporting : Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
• Coordination & Support : Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain financial documentation and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Key Competencies

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and has at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.

Experience in finance / accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and ownership.
