The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to blend your passion for interior design with our knowledge of home cinema and AV technology. You will be responsible for executing audio video spaces and home cinema rooms in premium homes of our clients across the country. This a great opportunity for designers willing who wants to gain insights on lighting and acoustics in home.

Cherry on the cake - Interact with premium home owners in various parts of the country.

What You'll Do

Client Consultation & Conceptualization : Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and project requirements. Translate their needs into compelling design concepts, mood boards, and presentations with Junior Interior Designers.
Technical Design & Space Planning : Arrange 2D and 3D designs as per client communication and commitments with precise plans for seating arrangements, screen size, speaker placement, and electrical and wiring details to ensure flawless functionality and acoustics.
Material & Finish Selection : Research, select, and specify furniture, fabrics, lighting, and other materials that are both aesthetically pleasing and acoustically appropriate for a high-performance home cinema or media room.
Project Management & Coordination : Work closely with project managers, architects, acoustic contractors, lighting vendors, recliner agencies and our installation team to ensure design plans are executed accurately on-site.
Innovation & Trend Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, home cinema technology, acoustic material / finishes and smart home solutions to provide our clients with innovative and future-proof designs.
Portfolio Management : Maintain and build a strong portfolio of managing multiple design and execution projects, showcasing your ability to create a variety of styles and concepts.

What We're Looking For

Experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong eye for design and technical proficiency. Experience in designing home cinemas, media rooms, or commercial AV spaces is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in professional design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering programs.

Strong understanding of space planning, lighting design, color theory, and material selection.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to articulate your ideas clearly and build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
