We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in building scalable web applications using JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, Micro Frontend Architecture, Microservices, and backend development using Node.js / Python. Familiarity with modern cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications while leveraging containerization tools like Docker.

Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience Range : 10 to 16 years

Primary Skills : Javascript, ReactJS, Micro Frontend Architecture, Microservices, Node.js / Python / DotNet, SQL & NoSQL DB, AWS, GCP, or Azure

Secondary Skills : Vue / Angular / Any framework, Docker, CI / CD

Must-Have Skills

Frontend Development :

Proficient in ReactJS and related libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query).
Strong understanding of Micro Frontend Architecture and component-based design.
Expertise in building responsive and accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SASS / LESS, and modern CSS frameworks.

Backend Development :

Advanced knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS.

Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Proficiency in Microservice Architecture, including inter-service communication patterns.

Database Management :

Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Experience in database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.

Cloud Platforms :

Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2).

Understanding of serverless architecture and its implementation.

Containerization & Orchestration :

Proficient in using Docker for development, deployment, and production environments.

Experience in CI / CD pipelines and integrating them into the development workflow.

Good-to-Have Skills

DevOps Practices.

Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS / GKE / AKS).

Basic knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

Testing and Quality Assurance :

Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.

Familiarity with end-to-end testing tools like Cypress or Playwright.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Nice-to-Have :

Knowledge of modern CI / CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Familiarity with TypeScript for strongly-typed JavaScript development.

Experience in working with Agile / Scrum teams .

Roles and Responsibilities

Architect and Develop : Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend and backend applications.

Micro Frontend Implementation : Build modular and reusable components using Micro Frontend Architecture.

Microservices Development : Develop and deploy microservices with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

API Development : Create RESTful or GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

Cloud Platform Integration : Utilize cloud services on AWS / GCP / Azure to deploy, monitor, and scale applications.

Containerization : Use Docker for development, testing, and production deployments, ensuring a consistent runtime environment.

Collaboration : Work with product managers, UX / UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

Performance Optimization : Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with appropriate unit and integration tests.

Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
