Role Description

This is an on-site Full time role for a Store Assistant at Freakins located in Mumbai. The Store Assistant will be responsible for communication, customer service, retail sales, maintaining organization in the store, and assisting with training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
• Assist in retail sales and help meet sales goals.
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately using the store's POS system.
• Maintain store organization, ensuring stock is well-maintained, neatly displayed, and easy to access.
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and product categorization.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, inviting, and conducive to a pleasant shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives and deliver on sales targets.
