Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate sales by engaging with existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date information on services, pricing, and new product releases.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various market channels.
- Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up and personalized service.
- Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff toward achieving sales targets.
- Monitor sales team performance and ensure adequate stock of company products.
- Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
