Role Description
The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for converting incoming leads from multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, website, OTAs) into confirmed bookings.
This role demands strong communication, need diagnosis, and persuasion skills — not just answering enquiries, but guiding customers confidently toward the right stay option.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 5–15 daily inbound enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website, and OTAs.
Qualify leads by understanding purpose of stay, duration, number of guests, and budget.
Match the right property options (daily or monthly) based on customer needs.
Explain value proposition clearly — comfort, safety, GST billing, location, and flexibility.
Negotiate, close bookings, and collect advance payments.
Maintain daily lead tracker — follow up with all unconverted leads.
Coordinate with the operations and property teams to confirm availability and check-in readiness.
Share customer feedback and insights to improve lead quality and pricing strategy.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Excellent spoken and written communication (English + Tamil preferred).
Strong listening and questioning ability to diagnose customer intent.
Ability to handle objections and frame value confidently.
Basic knowledge of pricing, occupancy, and property types (1BHK, 2BHK, etc.).
Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Web, and call tracking systems.
Prior experience in hospitality, OTA, or real estate sales is an advantage.
