Senior R&D Leader

We are partnering with a leading Company who is specializing in lubricants, mould-release agents, silicone surfactants and coatings. The position is Senior Manager - R&D Silicon Polymers. who will lead its research and development initiatives in silicon chemistry. The position will be based out of Nashik R&D Centre.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both synthesis and application of silicon-based materials and surfactants, along with a strong leadership mindset and proven experience in developing innovative coating and lubrication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D programs focused on Silicon Chemistry — including silicone emulsions, silicone oils, and surfactants .
• Drive innovation in protective coatings and surface coating formulations for industrial and specialty applications.
• Oversee the design, synthesis, characterization, and performance evaluation of silicon-based polymers and related systems.
• Manage multiple R&D projects , ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and marketing teams for product scale-up and commercialization.
• Mentor and develop a team of scientists / chemists;

foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
