Role Overview :

As an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the bridge between our customers and our product teams, ensuring every customer derives maximum value from the CultureMonkey platform. You will own post-implementation success, troubleshoot issues, and provide consultative guidance to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, loves problem-solving, and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and post-implementation success.
  • Understand client needs, workflows, and technical environments to recommend best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
  • Drive product adoption through regular check-ins, demos, and feature training sessions.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and advocate for customer needs.
  • Maintain documentation for client configurations, technical solutions, and FAQs.

What You’ll Need :

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a product-based SaaS company in areas like Product Support, Implementation, or Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration concepts.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to dive deep into product features and workflows.
