Position Overview

The Director of Analytics will be responsible for developing and leading the data and analytics vision across the organization. This role requires someone who is deeply data-driven , but equally commercially strategic, someone who knows how to get a team to convert data into business insights, drive measurable growth, and inform product and marketing strategy.

You'll play a pivotal role in institutionalizing a data-first culture , partnering closely with our all levels of our teams to enable faster, smarter, and more scalable decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, has experience growing analytics teams, and thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented startup environment.
