Salesforce Architect - Digital Solution Consultant Lead Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and delivering enterprise IT projects. The candidate should be an innovative professional with a proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems to increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a Program Level Solution Architect managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead AI implementation in our Salesforce Org, using Agents, prompt builder, Einsteing and Slack.
• Prepare and define roadmaps for 12+ month efforts and work with the team to accomplish assigned features / tasks.
• Interact directly with stakeholders and senior executives in Security, Internal Audit, SOX, and Legal.
• Work within Onshore-Offshore models, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within constraints.
• Deliver workable prototypes in Salesforce Sandbox, where the development team can expand their use and implement them in additional use cases. Work within Onshore-Offshore models, ensuring all projects are deliver
