About Us

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product / solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong, and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a single point of accountability for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring

timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business

    • requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work

    • closely with technical teams to ensure proper implementation.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring

    • adherence to SDLC and regulatory standards.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, promoting best

    • practices in project management and business analysis.

  • Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinical regulatory requirements

    • throughout the project lifecycle.

    Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in clinical

    • pharma / healthcare projects.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder

    • management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with clinical trial management systems, electronic data capture

    • (EDC), or healthcare IT solutions.

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, HIPAA).
  • Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
