We work with leading developers across Bangalore and onboard verified land parcels through our broker and landowner network.
We are building a strong sales-first team and are looking for people with
real, on-ground real estate experience .
Important Requirement (Must-Have)
Candidates must have worked with a Tier-1 or Tier-2 builder in sales
(e.g., Prestige, Brigade, Sobha, Puravankara, Godrej, etc.)
OR
Have experience in a real-estate channel partner firm
handling leads, site visits, and closures.

About the Role
We are hiring
Real Estate Sales & Operations Associates
who can handle :
Calling inbound leads
Driving site visits
Convincing clients and closing deals
Coordinating with brokers and sourcing land listings
This role needs someone who is proactive, confident with clients, and familiar with the real-estate sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Calling & Qualification
Call inbound leads immediately and understand their property needs
Pitch relevant builder projects and shortlist options
Maintain structured and consistent follow-ups
2. Client Handling & Site Visits
Fix site visits with clients and accompany them when required
Present project details clearly and confidently
Convert site visits into bookings
3. Deal Closing & Coordination
Assist clients through pricing, offers, inventory checks, and negotiation support
Coordinate with builder CRM teams, sales managers, and channel partner desks
Ensure smooth execution from lead → visit → booking
4. Land Sourcing & Broker Network Expansion
Speak with brokers, agents, and landowners to onboard verified land listings
Build strong relationships across micro-markets in Bangalore
Verify land details and ensure quality of listings
Grow the Property Box land inventory
5. Tech & Operational Responsibilities
Update CRM / Sheets regularly
Maintain visit schedules, follow-up logs, and performance metrics
Share project brochures, videos, and relevant content to clients
What We’re Looking For
Experience (Mandatory)
1–4 years in
real estate sales
Experience with a
Tier-1 / Tier-2 developer
or
real-estate channel partner
is
compulsory
Experience handling leads, site visits, builder coordination, and closures
Skills
Excellent communication (English + Kannada / Hindi)
Confident, persuasive, and client-friendly
Strong understanding of builder sales processes
Tech-savvy (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Maps)
Ability to manage both clients and brokers
High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort with field work
