About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Manager with strong experience in the Travel / OTA industry to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other paid platforms. The candidate must be an expert in generating high-quality calls and leads for Flight Booking, Hotel Booking, Car Rental, and Holiday Packages, specifically targeting USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. The ideal hire will have deep knowledge of travel keyword bidding strategies, call-focused campaign structures, compliance requirements, and ROI-driven optimization. Key Responsibilities PPC Strategy & Planning Develop and execute ROI-driven PPC strategies for international travel markets (US, CA, UK, AUS). Build campaigns specifically designed for : Call-only campaigns Lead generation Search campaigns for high-intent travel keywords Dynamic search ads (DSA) Remarketing / retargeting Identify high-performance keyword clusters related to flights, hotels, routes, holiday packages, and urgent travel needs. Campaign Execution & Optimization Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across : Google Ads Bing Ads Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) Other relevant platforms (as required) Optimize bids, budgets, and quality scores to achieve CPL and CPA targets. Improve ad strength, landing page quality, and call conversion rate. Perform continuous A / B testing on : Ad copies Landing pages Target audiences Bidding strategies Lead & Call Generation Build high-converting landing pages optimized for : Click-to-call Instant callback Quote request forms Ensure campaigns generate : Verified inbound calls Travel inquiries High-quality leads with booking intent Coordinate with the call center / sales team to review call quality and conversion ratios. Travel Domain Expertise Strong understanding of : Flight route search behavior Airline fare trends Seasonal travel demand Hotel and travel package keyword patterns Work with the OTA product / content team to align ad strategy with : Popular travel routes Discount offers Last-minute deals Festive / holiday campaigns Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Track KPIs including : CPL CPA CTR Conversion rate Call volume Bookings generated through paid ads Use analytics tools such as : Google Analytics / GA4 Google Tag Manager Call tracking tools (CallRail, Ringba, etc.) Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Compliance & Quality Control Follow all ad platform policies and maintain full compliance. Ensure ad content and landing pages meet Google Ads Travel vertical requirements. Avoid any misleading or non-compliant ad practices. Maintain high reputation scores for accounts to avoid suspensions. Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of PPC experience, with at least 2 years in the Travel / OTA domain. Proven record of generating high-quality calls and leads for international travel markets. Expert-level knowledge of : Search campaigns Call-only ads Smart bidding Manual CPC DSA Remarketing Strong analytical and Excel / reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure with daily booking targets. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must have a clean professional background with no involvement in any policy-violating or fraudulent advertising activities.
