Job Description :
Training & Development Delivery work focuses on delivering / providing training for the
general workforce and targeted functional / technical areas including :
- Train new Customer Service Executives in the area of Voice and Accent Neutralization, Customer Service Skills and Cultural Sensitization
- Conducting regular refresher sessions to improve or maintain the core skills of the customer service executives on the operation floor.
- Carry out voice coaching activities for the process to maximize the effectiveness of the executives.
- Provide support in creation of training modules. Mentor and groom new team members Measure performance of the team by preparing team score cards.
