Job descriptionArchitect and evolve backend services, APIs, and async worker / queue systems Build highly-responsive Angular applications and optimize complex RxJS flows Drive and enhance CI / CD pipelines , deployment workflows, and cloud / container strategies Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability Mentor junior engineers and uplift engineering culture, practices, and code quality Strong hands-on expertise with Python (FastAPI / asyncio) & Angular Solid understanding of concurrency, event loops, async design patterns Expert-level RxJS skills Proven experience in MongoDB indexing, schema design & performance tuning Strong command over Linux, Bash scripting, debugging, and system-level problem solving A passion for writing clean, scalable, maintainable code Opportunity to own full-stack architecture from day one Work on mission-critical healthcare platforms powering RCM & AI-driven workflows Build scalable systems adopted by U.S. health organizations Collaborative, fast-paced engineering culture with room to experiment, innovate & lead Be part of a rapidly growing global company with strong leadership and a clear roadmap

Wave Online is expanding our core engineering team, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take full ownership of both backend and frontend systems. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help architect scalable platforms used across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

- Backend : Python, FastAPI / ASGI, asyncio, concurrency
- Frontend : Angular, TypeScript, RxJS
- Database : MongoDB (schema design, indexing, optimization)
- DevOps : Docker, CI / CD, Bash, containerization & release automation
