LMS Instructional Designer – Full Time

We’re Cyberlite — we work in cyber safety, AI literacy, and digital wellbeing across Asia-Pacific . We’ve reached 16 countries, built award-winning curriculum, and deliver learning that actually changes behaviour. Now we’re looking for a creative LMS Instructional Designer who can turn ideas into irresistible learning — from playful kids’ lessons to polished Train-the-Trainer programs.

This isn’t your average “upload a SCORM and call it a day” role. You’ll bring courses to life end-to-end : storyboarding, graphics, interactivity, LMS setup, QA — the whole journey. If you love crafting a bright, kid-friendly PPT as much as designing a rigorous educator pathway, keep reading.

The Opportunity

As our LMS Instructional Designer , you’ll :

Build engaging online courses on our LMS (Moodle / Canvas / TalentLMS or similar) — structure, flow, and learner experience.
Create beautiful learning assets — slides, infographics, templates, short videos, quizzes, and downloads.
Bring our content to life with clear narratives, inclusive design, and interactive elements that actually teach.
Collaborate across teams — work with subject experts, writers, and designers to ship high-quality modules on time.
Make real impact — help educators teach cyber safety and digital wellbeing with confidence.

What You’ll Actually Do

Translate topics like digital identity, privacy, media literacy, phishing, relationships online, and cyberbullying into age-appropriate journeys .

Design for multiple audiences : five-year-olds, teens, teachers, and parents — and keep it engaging for each.

Use tools like Articulate 360 / Rise / Captivate , plus Canva / Adobe to deliver polished, accessible content.

Set up, test, and iterate inside the LMS — enrolments, assessments, completion rules, analytics, the works.

Keep everything interactive, practical, and fun (we’re allergic to boring e-learning).

Have the Chops

Background in instructional design, education, L&D, or EdTech and Graphic design

Comfortable in authoring tools and LMS platforms; basic media editing is a plus.

You plan well, communicate clearly, and ship on time.
