US / Canada IT Recruiter

Location :

Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (On-site)

Shift :

Night Shift (EST / CST / PST Timings)

Experience : 0–5 Years

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

Source, screen, and place top IT talent for clients across the US and Canada

Coordinate with North American teams and hiring managers to fulfill roles

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS

Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and achievement of daily / weekly targets

Deliver results in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Who We’re Looking For

Freshers with

excellent English communication skills (10 / 10)

and a passion to learn global recruitment

Experienced recruiters with

hands-on exposure to Canada / US staffing

Self-motivated, target-oriented professionals with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work in

night shifts (supporting US / Canada time zones)
