Revit Modeller - (HVAC / PHE / Electrical)

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain

Revit models

for MEP systems (HVAC / PHE / Electrical) based on project design inputs.

Prepare

detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules

from Revit models.

Coordinate models across different disciplines to ensure

clash-free, constructible designs

Implement

BIM standards and workflows

in project deliverables.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain design intent.

Participate in

model review, clash detection, and coordination meetings

using tools like

Navisworks

Maintain documentation, templates, and family libraries according to company and project standards.

Ensure quality and accuracy of drawings and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Building Services Engineering

or related field.

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Revit Modeller in

HVAC, PHE, or Electrical

domain.

Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit MEP

and related BIM tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).

Knowledge of

BIM Level 2 standards

and

project documentation workflows

Understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and coordination principles.

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Good communication and organizational skills.
