Job Summary :

The SAP Ariba Administrator will play a key role in managing and maintaining the organizations Ariba platform, ensuring efficient workflow management, accurate master data, and seamless system performance. The role requires an experienced professional with in-depth understanding of SAP Aribas configuration, approval workflows, and data integrity processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls within SAP Ariba.
• Manage and maintain master data, including suppliers, users, and procurement categories.
• Configure and monitor approval flows to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Oversee daily system usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Coordinate with IT and procurement teams for data integration and workflow optimization.
• Prepare system performance and usage reports for management review.
• Support end-users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Contract Type : Fixed-Term (4 months) With potential extension based on project needs.
