Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR policies, and official letters.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR events.
• Provide support in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.
