Product Engineer- Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Engineer to join our healthcare technology team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and scaling software products within the healthcare or RCM industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, and engineering to translate customer needs into robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software products for healthcare or RCM platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and system architecture.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and supporting team growth.
• Implement and optimize multi-agent systems, AI-driven workflows, and full-stack solutions to solve complex healthcare challenges.
• Work on cloud-based architectures, microservices, and real-time data pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation are aligned with industry standards.
• Participate in product strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience and platform performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare, machine learning, and software engineering.

Requirements : -

Proven experience in healthcare technology, medical software, or RCM platforms.

Expertise in system design, cloud architecture, and scalable web applications.

Experience building AI-driven solutions, large language model (LLM) applications, or agent-based architectures is a plus.

Familiarity with big data tools, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills
